The primary purpose of this position is to meet and or exceed the budgeted gross profit for perishable procurement.
This coincides with managing the inventory levels in assigned divisions in such a manner that planned inventory turns and service levels are achieved.
Qualified candidates must have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years perishables procurement experience including meat, dairy, and bakery
• Inventory Management experience
• Experience managing and motivating a staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including word and excel
